I’m Andrea Wade, Wellness Educator and this is my philosophy.

Andrea is a scientist and wellness guide who believes real change starts with real voices. She’s spent years asking the hard questions about systems, people, and what really helps us feel better and live well. Her work weaves science into everyday life with clarity, heart, and quite a bit of grit.

Her work is driven by one goal: blending evidence with lived experience to spotlight the habits, environments, and conversations that shape our wellbeing.

Through her blog Andrea in Motion and upcoming seasonal letter Matter & Habit, Andrea turns research into relatable conversations, bridging the gap between headlines and the people living behind them.

With a degree in Kinesiology and deep training in Exercise Physiology, Andrea brings her science to the mat.

She teaches informative, bright & mindful classes for all body types and experience levels while focusing on creating a warm-spirited wellness community.

Students can expect to leave her classes feeling challenged, supported and restored.
